The Times

Caring for loved ones is an important role in life, and sickness or poor health can make it a difficult one. Can hospice help? The public is invited to the Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library, 680 Radcliffe St., Bristol, on Thursday, Jan. 24, when Michael Bunting (Compassus Care: Hospice & Palliative Care) presents Hospice Care: What It Is, What It Isn’t at 6:30 p.m.

The idea and practice of hospice care has evolved over recent years. What is it today? When is hospice care appropriate? Who pays for the care? These questions and more will be answered during the program.
