“Orchids A to Z” will be the featured presentation at the monthly meeting of the Trevose Horticultural Society on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Bensalem Senior Center, 1850 Byberry Rd., Bensalem.
Guest speaker, Sandy Kern of Bensalem, will highlight the basics of how to choose and grow beautiful orchids suitable to a home environment. A selection of orchid plants will be on display and for sale. Handouts will be available. Kern is president of the Bucks County Orchid Society, which meets monthly at the Churchville Nature Center.
