The Newtown Athletic Club invites families for a frightfully fun time on Friday nights this fall

This fall, the Newtown Athletic Club (NAC), a multi-recreational health and fitness lifestyle club, will host a Halloween movie series at its 4-acre outdoor pool complex, Escape Resort, Restaurant & Bar.
NAC invites families for a frightfully fun time on Friday nights. The 4-week series will feature classic Halloween movies such as Hocus Pocus, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Hotel Transylvania and Nightmare Before Christmas. Each film will begin at 8 p.m. and play on a massive, 25-foot mega screen.
The first film in the lineup, Hocus Pocus, will show on Friday, Oct. 5. At all events, the outdoor resort’s full restaurant, bar and hot tub will be open, plus complimentary movie popcorn will be provided. Attendees may choose to grab a comfy lounge seat or hang out by a fire pit.
General public admission is $10 for an individual ticket and $30 per party of four. Tickets can be purchased at the front gate of the pool complex upon arrival.
