St. Mary Physicians Group earned the 2018 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award. This award is presented to organizations that reach the 95th percentile for patient experience in the Press Ganey Clinician and Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CGCAHPS).
“Receiving the Guardian of Excellence Award is a testament to how our nurses and physicians provide compassionate, healing care to the Bucks County community,” said John Caruso, vice president of St. Mary Physicians Group. “This award is achieved by less than 5% of all Press Ganey clients annually, and we’re thrilled we are receiving this distinction for the first time.”
