Proceeds came from the group’s recent Beef and Beer event

Knights of Columbus, Bristol Council 906 grand knight Phil Paolella presented a check of $1,500 to Bristol Borough Community Action Group president Jeff Fisher of the organization’s food pantry.

The donation was raised at a Beef and Beer run by the Bristol Knights of Columbus. The banquet included a 50/50 and bag auction featuring gifts from generous Bristol vendors.

The money raised will supply the pantry with paper bags, take out boxes for lunches and plastic flatware, along with other expenses to keep their good work going.
