Russell C. Struble’s second grade students recently performed a Salute to America show for their school, families, and veterans.

New this year, was a military salute that highlighted the five branches of the military.

The students sang songs about Christopher Columbus, The Mayflower, The Statue of Liberty, and the fifty states.

They performed skits, cheers, and flag waving.

The children worked very hard for the past few months to learn songs, words, and special parts that they were each highlighted in.
