During Youth Art Month, students from Bristol High School and Harry S. Truman High School joined the Artists of Bristol on the Delaware (AOB) in an annual exhibit titled Celebrate Art! at the Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library, 680 Radcliffe St., Bristol.
The public was invited to view the art through Saturday, March 31 and to cast votes for the People’s Choice Award for both the student and AOB categories. The votes were tallied and the winners named.
Student winners:
First place: Taylor Haines (Harry S. Truman)
Second place: Bill Hall (Harry S. Truman)
Third place: Natori Thomas (Bristol)
Artists of Bristol winners:
First place: Kristen J. Baker (Last Light/Grand Tetons)
Second place: Tom Furey (Cold Train)
Third place: Marty Shively (Piano Player)
Honorable mention: Bill Roadfuss (Bladen’s Court)
