Blood Drive: The American Red Cross has an urgent need for blood and platelet donors of all blood types. A blood drive will be held at Wawa, 3260 Veterans Highway in Bristol, from 2 to 7 p.m. Eligible donors can schedule an appointment to donate by using the free Blood Donor App, visiting redcrossblood.org or calling 1–800-RED CROSS.

Celebrate Art!: To celebrate Youth Art Month, students from Harry S. Truman High School join the Artists of Bristol on the Delaware in an annual exhibit entitled Celebrate Art! at the Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library, 680 Radcliffe St. This free exhibition can be viewed during regular library hours through March 31. For information, visit grundylibrary.org or call 215–788–7891.

Flea Market: This event will be held at the VFW Post 1597, 901 Bellevue Ave. in Croydon, from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. No charge for space rentals. Donations accepted for veterans table. For information, call 267–307–7916.

Saturday Morning Bird Watching: The Churchville Nature Center, 501 Churchville Lane in Churchville, hosts this event for amateur ornithologists from 8 to 10 a.m. An experienced bird watcher will tour the grounds with a group. For information, call 215–357–4005 or visit churchvillenaturecenter.org

Signs of Spring: This event will take place at Silver Lake Nature Center, 1306 Bath Road in Bristol, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Take a leisurely stroll around the preserve and see what plants and animals are awakening. We will bring exploration tools such as magnifying glasses, binoculars and butterfly nets in order to get a closer look at the warming world. APRIL 1

Easter Brunch: Easter brunch will be held at the Radisson Philadelphia Northeast, at 2400 Old Lincoln Highway in Trevose, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The menu will include a carving station, made to order omelet and benedict station, hot buffet, seafood display, kids buffet and more. Reservations are required. Cost is $33.99 for adults, $17 for kids 4–12 years old and children under 4 years old are free.

Easter Bunny Express: This event will be held at New Hope and Ivyland Railroad, at 32 W. Bridge Street in New Hope. Settle back and relax in one of the passenger coaches during an hour-long excursion through the hills and valleys of Bucks County. The train ride departs from and returns to the New Hope Train Station. The Easter Bunny will visit all of the children, handing out candy treats and posing for photos taken by the staff. Advance reservations are required. On-site parking is available at an additional fee. For more information, call 215–862–2332.

APRIL 2

Andalusia Historic House Tours: Tour the Andalusia Mansion, 1237 State Road in Bensalem, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Mondays, except for major holidays. Enjoy a self-guided garden tour of Andalusia Mansion, a national historic landmark and home of Nicholas Biddle. See original furnishings, art and decorative arts and learn about the history of Andalusia. Reservations required. Space is limited. Cost is $20 per person. Multi-Generational Art Exhibition: The Bensalem Senior Center, 1850 Byberry Road in Bensalem, will host the 8th annual Multi-Generational Art Exhibition along with the Bensalem Township School District. The exhibition will run April 2 to 26. It provides seniors at the center an opportunity to see the work of Bensalem art students and it gives students an opportunity to share their work with senior artists. All are welcome. Toddler Time Program: This event will be held at Barn Nature Center, 1283 Almshouse Road in Doylestown, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Toddler Time programs are a parent and child experience that includes crafts, songs, music, books, activities and animals to help develop your child’s sense of adventure and imagination as well as appreciation for the world around them. Weight-Loss Program: The Trevose Behavior Modification Program, a weight-loss program, meets Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. at Bucks County Technology Park, 4800 Street Road, in Trevose. For information, call 267–254–4050.

APRIL 4

Joe Conklin’s Comedy Night: This event will be held at Parx Casino, 2999 Street Road in Bensalem, from 8 to 10 p.m. This weekly show features “the man of a thousand voices” Joe Conklin and three comedians every Wednesday.
