During winter break, Standing Ovations Art Studio, 224 Bristol Pike in Bristol, is offering parents and kids an opportunity to sample the various activities and lessons the studio hosts while children are off from school.
From Dec. 21 through Dec. 30, the studio is hosting singing, dancing and other activities from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“It’s a way for kids to sample everything we offer while they’re off from school,” said founder Gabby Favoroso.
Throughout the day, children will also play board games, watch movies, and enjoy arts and crafts with the studio’s trained staff.
All staff members have background checks and child abuse clearance, and the studio will maintain a 6-to-1 ratio of children to staffers for the camp.
The cost is $35 per day.
Launched in September, Standing Ovations is a performing arts center with a mission to provide an opportunity for children to try a variety of classes like ballet, jazz, tap, acting and singing on an a la carte basis for a low, family-friendly rate.
