Suspicious vehicle reported twice in Northampton Township

Northampton Township police have been alerted to a suspicious vehicle that has been seen twice so far this week near Council Rock students and schools.

Two students first reported a white sedan following them at the intersection Watergate Drive and Bridgetown Pike in Northampton Township on Monday morning. On Tuesday, what Council Rock officials believe to be the same car was spotted near Rolling Hills Elementary in Holland.

The vehicle was identified as a white Nissan Maxima with Pennsylvania tags and tinted windows.

A Northampton police spokesperson confirmed no one in the car has attempted to speak to any students. He urged people to report any similar suspicious activity and that they have officers on the lookout for a vehicle fitting that description.
